Wouldn’t it be nice to breathe deeply, move freely, and rest fully?
This 45 minute class is divided into 3 segments: breath, movement, & meditation. Class will being with breathing exercise to help calm down the mind. The movement part of class will include seated stretches and standing poses – all designed to elevate the tightness caused by sitting in a desk. Class will conclude with a short guided meditation to focus the mind and prepare you for the rest of the day. Don’t worry about moving fast or getting sweaty – it’s time to slow down & de-stress.
All are welcome (including prenatal), no need to change, no previous experience is necessary. Bring yourself & a mat and maybe a friend.
