Class description

The movement part of class will include seated stretches and standing poses – all designed to elevate the tightness caused by sitting in a desk. Class will conclude with a short guided meditation to focus the mind and prepare you for the rest of the day. Don’t worry about moving fast or getting sweaty – it’s time to slow down & de-stress.

All are welcome (including prenatal), no need to change, no previous experience is necessary. Bring yourself & a mat and maybe a friend.
