Thriving Through Change -- Roundtable Discussion
Change is today’s new constant and is the only thing we can reliably predict. How can we increase our resilience so that we thrive through change instead of just surviving it? How can the Molloy Community shorten the change curve and return to full productivity as a better team?
Learning Objectives: Open discussion and interactive dialog will review “real life” scenarios and suggested solutions so that Administrative staff will be able to:
Better understand the physical and emotional impact of change.
Better understand how to increase your personal resilience.
Better understand how to help others navigate change more effectively.
Learn movement concepts that will increase awareness and foster an environment that embraces change.
Summary: These practices will help to build the Molloy Community’s adaptive capacity to most effectively support the College’s Four Pillars: Community, Service, Spirituality and Study.
