Yoga and Meditation
Kathleen Byrne, Yoga Instructor, began practicing yoga nearly 10 years ago first through the local recreation department and then with a yoga studio that opened up locally. I received my yoga certification in 2012 through Fred Busch Yoga of Miami. Yoga has provided me with balance, strength, core awareness flexibility, peace and overall mindfulness.
I will lead the class through gentle yoga stretches, poses and breathe work. The hope for your practice is to leave feeling at peace, refreshed and at ease within you own body. We get to the place one breathe at a time.
Please hydrate prior to class, dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, a strap or towel for added comfort or ease as we explore different postures.
At the end of practice, we will sit quietly for one minute in mindful meditation.
