How to Manage Unconscious Bias Within the Workplace In-Person
This course examines how unconscious biases influence intercultural relationships within the workplace. We will explore and discuss theories that explain what unconscious bias is; how to recognize it within organizations, and how to apply effective strategies to manage these biases to improve intercultural relationships within the workplace.
