How are teams a part of today’s workplace? What are the essential features of a successful team? What
can you do to make your team better? How can teamwork improve your work experience? This
seminar will help answer these questions as well as help members understand how she/he, as an
individual, contributes to the larger goal. Goal setting, planning, sharing responsibility, problem solving,
and communication skills will be discussed as necessary tools to successful team building.

Workshop Objectives: Participants will learn to identify the characteristics of an effective team as well
as obstacles to team development. Skills in resolving conflict, communicating, and moving the team
