Interdependence In-Person
In this workshop, participants will learn about the concept of interdependence and its importance to their personal and professional lives. Employees will use their newly refined interdependence skills to evaluate how they can maximize their own potential as well as the potential of others on a daily basis. Members will participate in interactive group exercises to gauge how they can use interdependence in various scenarios. Lastly, employee cohesion will be built through a brief team-building activity.
