Greatness is a Matter of Choice In-Person
This workshop will clarify the impact of professional dissatisfaction and the work performance of individuals and teams. It will discuss ways to identify and resolve personal “gaps” that hinder professional performance. Practical and evidence based suggestions to improve team output will be provided.
About our speaker
Dr. Al Quinones learned Respiratory Therapy at Borough of Manhattan Community College. He later completed undergraduate degrees in Biology & Psychology, a graduate degree in Social and Public Policy with a concentration in Healthcare Policy, and a doctorate degree in Healthcare Administration. Along the way he published papers and abstracts in journals including CHEST, Respiratory Care, AARC Times, Focus, and Advance for Respiratory Care. He has been teaching Respiratory Therapy, Allied Healthcare Sciences, and Healthcare Leadership Studies since the 1990's. His academic affiliations have included Empire State College /HHC, Long Island University, and New York University. He now serves as a full-time Associate Professor here at Molloy College.
Al also served as the Director of Respiratory Therapy at North Shore University Hospital, Chairman of the New York State License Board for Respiratory Therapy & Polysomnography, and owns a continuing education company.
