Congratulations again on receiving an award at this year's President's Awards Ceremony.  Below is the timeline for the ceremony:

3:30pm     Arrive at the Madison Theater so you may be seated on the stage and receive stage directions

4:00pm     Program promptly begins

As you may know we begin the ceremony with the 10-year medals and end with the President's medal.  When it is your turn to receive your award, your name will be called and you will stand up in front of the group on the stage with Dr. Bogner.  For the essence of time, we will have someone read a shortened version of your citation while Drew presents you with the award.  You will remain standing on stage holding your award until the reader is finished.  A photograph will be taken of you with the president so we ask that you try and remember to face forward.  We will send you copies of the photos after the event.  In addition, a journal is being prepared with everyone's citations included. A copy will be placed on your chair on stage.
