Gentle Yoga (for all levels) In-Person

This class will stretch the body and bring your mind to ease. This class is suited for beginners and no experience is necessary. You will connect to the powerful stress relieving properties of the breath and find space and openness in body and mind. Expect to improve overall health & flexibility, and leave feeling supported and at peace.  Emphasis on cultivating mindfulness amd grounding will extend blissful feelings through out your day.

Our Teacher
April is 500hr E-RYT Yoga Teacher trained with a focus on alignment and pranayama or breath work. She has taught clients of all ages, levels and backgrounds. Her passion stems from experiencing the rewarding and transformative powers the Yogic system can have as a lifelong tool. She continues self study of yoga and the inner healing powers of the body.

Classes will be held in Wilbur Room 125, the dance studio.
